Due to a period of exponential growth, Fusion Antibodies currently have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to to the CEO to join the growing team on a permanent basis.

Fusion Antibodies plc is a rapidly growing scientific company based in Springbank Industrial Estate between Belfast and Lisburn. We have a requirement for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to join the growing team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time position of 12-20 hours per week which offers some flexibility around core hours.

This role is to provide administrative support to the CEO. 

The main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  •          Managing the CEO’s diary and organising meetings
  •          Taking telephone calls and replying to emails
  •          Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  •          Other administrative tasks as required

 

Essential experience and skills:

  •          Great interpersonal skills
  •          Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
  •          Be well organised and time efficient, able to work under pressure with attention to detail
  •          Have an understanding of the confidential nature of this role
  •          Computer literacy including having knowledge of Microsoft software packages
  •          Minimum grade C English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
  •          A good level of spelling and grammar
  •          Effective communication skills
  •          Good telephone manner
  •          Be able to work as part of a team or using their own initiative.

 Salary: £14,500-£18,000 pro rata depending on experience.
