Fsn0503 is a Cathepsin S targeted monoclonal antibody with anti tumour and anti angiogenic properties. Cathepsin S is a cysteine protease highly expressed in many cancers including colorectal, breast, prostate and glisblastoma’s. It is involved in tumour progression through extracellular matrix remodelling. The company have demonstrated efficacy of its lead antibody in multiple preclinical models.

Fsn0306
is a peptide capable of inhibiting the activity of specific proteases. This group of enzymes which are found in the extracellular environment of many tumour types have been implicated in the promotion of a range of tumorigenic events including cancer cell invasion, migration and angiogenesis.

Fsn1103
is a Fas death receptor targeted monoclonal antibody which results in synergistic cell kill when used in combination with conventional chemotherapy. The company have demonstrated that treatment of colorectal and breast cancers models with Anti Fas following challenge with agents such as 5FU and CPT11 leads to a significant increase in cell kill.
