Polyclonal anti-sera (using a recombinant protein as an antigen) is available for screening approximately 12 weeks after receipt of the order with a final product at 15 weeks, dependant on the immune response and titre of the anti-sera.

Fusion are now using external specialists to carry out the antibody production. The company are leaders in the field of antibody production and we have combined our expertise in recombinant protein production to create a unique and flexible one stop service to suit all recombinant protein and antibody production needs at a competitive price.

We use an eleven week standard protocol which is based on immunisation followed by three boosts. The sera is usually returned within 10-12 weeks.

Polyclonal anti-sera production is carried out in duplicate and provides sufficient anti-sera for extensive studies. Other hosts are available if required.
