Fusion Antibodies is committed to developing new therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of cancer. Our lead compound, Fsn 0503, is currently undergoing humanisation and will enter formal toxicology studies in early 2009.
The company uses an in-house proteomic and genomic platform - FET™ - to drive the selection of cell surface targets. Through this process, Fusion has identified a number of additional development candidates, including Fsn 0306, which as been shown to block cancer growth in mouse models, and Fsn 1103, a Fas death receptor antibody.
